The participants will be able to:

• Explain the necessity of developing and adapting existing competition law and policy

• Analyse the fundamental data underlying competition law and policy in relation to other branches of political economy and in the context of state law

• Monitor the evolution of their institutional and juridical structures

• Establish the relation between what exists and what is necessary and consequently, to consider, apply or help apply the useful reforms in the domain of national competition policies

Objectifs:
Expliquer aux participants la nécessité d'établir une législation et une politique nationale sur la concurrence ou d'adapter les règles existantes;
Introduire les participants aux principes fondamentaux d'une politique de la concurrence ainsi que ses instruments;
Donner aux participants la possibilité de mettre en application, d'utiliser et de contrôler les réformes dans le domaine de la concurrence, basé sur la législation de la concurrence déjà adoptée.

Population cible:
Les responsables des administrations économiques et du commerce et leurs adjoints directs.
Les magistrats des juridictions pouvant connaître des litiges dans ce domaine.
Les dirigeants et les cadres du secteur privé.
Les cadres des administrations et de l'économie, du commerce, des finances, de la justice, de la protection des consommateurs qui seront en charge de l'application des règles et de la politique de la concurrence.
